This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty coverage provided by MobileCentral.us.

1. General Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, products are covered by a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects only.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery confirmation.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

2. Electronic Parts and Components

Electronic components, including but not limited to:

  • Screens
  • Batteries
  • Internal replacement parts
  • Charging components

are covered only for manufacturing defects prior to installation.

The warranty becomes void if:

  • The part has been installed
  • Protective films or seals have been removed
  • The item shows signs of installation
  • Physical damage is present

Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components, we strongly recommend professional installation.

3. Refurbished Devices

Refurbished smartphones and devices may include a limited warranty as stated on the product page.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • The warranty covers hardware defects only
  • It does not cover accidental damage
  • It does not cover water or liquid damage
  • It does not cover battery degradation from normal use
  • It does not cover software-related issues

Battery performance in refurbished devices is not guaranteed to match original factory-new levels unless explicitly stated.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, you must:

  • Provide your order number
  • Provide clear photos or video evidence
  • Describe the issue in detail

We may request additional diagnostic steps before approving a claim.

Warranty claims must be initiated within the applicable warranty period.

5. Warranty Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a resolution.

6. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused during installation
  • Damage caused by third-party repair attempts
  • Improper handling
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Software issues
  • Compatibility errors
  • Regional network incompatibility
  • Normal cosmetic wear

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this Warranty Policy is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of the purchased product.

We are not responsible for:

  • Labor costs
  • Installation costs
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Indirect or consequential damages

8. Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Testing

Customers must test electronic replacement parts prior to final installation.

Testing should be performed by connecting the component to the device without removing protective films or applying adhesive.

Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims for defects reported after installation may not be accepted unless the defect was clearly present prior to installation.

9. Product Identification and Anti-Fraud Protection

For quality control and fraud prevention purposes, certain products may contain identification markings, serial numbers, or internal labels.

Warranty claims may be rejected if these identifiers are missing, altered, or do not match the product originally shipped.

10. Installation Responsibility

MobileCentral.us is not responsible for damage caused during installation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that replacement parts are installed correctly.

Improper installation may result in damage to the component or device, which is not covered under this warranty.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you experience any issue with your order, we ask that you contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Our support team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue quickly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay the resolution of your case and may require additional verification steps.
