Refund policy

At MobileCentral.us, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


1. Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

Items must be shipped back within 7 days after return approval.

Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery confirmation will not be eligible for return.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be uninstalled
  • The item must be in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The item must show no signs of physical damage

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed electronic parts
  • Screens or components with removed protective films
  • Items showing signs of installation, adhesive use, or tampering
  • Used tools
  • Software-activated devices
  • Items damaged due to improper installation
  • Products returned in altered or incomplete condition

Electronic components are highly sensitive and cannot be resold once installed.


4. Refurbished Devices

Refurbished smartphones and devices may be returned within 30 days only if:

  • The device is in the same condition as received
  • The device is not iCloud-locked or account-locked
  • No personal accounts remain linked
  • No passcodes or security locks are active
  • No physical or liquid damage has occurred

Devices returned with active accounts, locks, or new damage may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Unless otherwise stated, refurbished devices are not guaranteed to maintain original water resistance.


5. Compatibility and Regional Variations

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Incorrect model selection
  • Carrier incompatibility
  • Network band incompatibility
  • Regional (US vs International version) differences
  • Software update incompatibility
  • Firmware restrictions

If you are unsure about compatibility, you must contact support before placing your order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence
  • Retain original packaging

Failure to report within 72 hours may result in denial of the claim.

If approved, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was confirmed defective
  • The wrong item was shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


8. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes up to 5 business days once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


9. Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% for:

  • Opened but unused items
  • High-value devices
  • Orders showing excessive return patterns

This fee helps cover inspection, processing, and payment processing costs.


10. Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the customer:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs fees (if applicable)
  • Handling costs

may be deducted from the refund.


11. Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

  • The return may be denied
  • Supporting documentation will be provided to the payment processor
  • Future purchases may be restricted
